I am confused. What does this do when they do not summon Vestiges. Or is this just a bragging rights thing?

I finally managed today to beat the Siege of Rasputin without a Wizard summoning a single vestige...by myself.

For those who don't know, on Heroic, Omnigul spawns six clusters of Hive, not two. The 2nd and 3rd waves are all at a time, too--making it even more difficult to maintain control of. It's always been a goal of mine to do so, especially after learning that you can kill the Wizards beforehand. Now that I have the method down, next time I'll record it for everyone. It was admittedly amazing. Didn't even need a Jellyhorn. ;-)
