Fan Fiction - Foward Unto Destiny (reply)

I am in no way an expert on writing; I just enjoy reading, and try to remember everything that I learned in English/Grammar class. Brief as this was, I really loved it. Very well written, and easy to get into. As a reader, this is a story that grabbed my attention quickly. If it were longer, I would want to continue reading it.

Fan Fiction - Foward Unto Destiny

My turn to contribute a bit of fan fiction to the pot.

Forward Unto Destiny

I've had the idea in my head for a couple of days now, but Bungie's GDC presentation gave me a little extra fodder. It's a bit shorter than I'd originally planned for - I decided to leave a couple things on the cutting room floor for this installment - but I hope it's an enjoyable read nonetheless.

I welcome any and all feedback.
