Forward Unto Destiny

I've had the idea in my head for a couple of days now, but Bungie's GDC presentation gave me a little extra fodder. It's a bit shorter than I'd originally planned for - I decided to leave a couple things on the cutting room floor for this installment - but I hope it's an enjoyable read nonetheless.
