Fixed an issue in which Cryptarch Rank Up packages were incorrectly giving Year 1 Engrams
I'm happy & sad about this. I kind of enjoyed seeing some old friends again.
(Edit: Even if they are completely worthless to me now.)
(Edit2: It was a bit like my 20 yr high school reunion.)
