I just played a match where the enemy team was invisible the entire time. What the hell?
Invisibility in Crucible glitch?
It's related to completing a bounty while playing. Go into your Pursuits tab and complete a bounty, and I think that fixes it (same with the comp no-spawn glitch).

Ah. I wish notifications for bounty completion weren't also broken.

You don't even need to complete the bounty. Once you pull up the Pursuits tab, the Bounty notifications will begin popping and you can go back to the game. After all of the Bounty announcements have finished, everything that hadn't loaded will become visible again.
The other night, I had the entire enemy team invisible, half my team, and my sniper rifle (which means no scope and no crosshair). I managed to get a headshot with it, though! :)
I used Le Monarque like that for nearly a full match last night. It was fun in a stupid "this is really bad, why am I doing this?" sort of way.
Blind Skull has been around for a minute.
