Look at the symbol on the top left corner of each mod for what element. Clicking on it tells you what armor piece.

Dreaming City armor. I don't know if it works on 2.0 armor though.

Dreaming City armor. I don't know if it works on 2.0 armor though.
I think that's the kicker, it's not working on my 2.0 dreaming city armor... and now I'm wondering, is it that I need it to drop in the new Armor 2.0 world?
I dunno, this is just soooo confusing/frustrating...

I believe raid-specific mods can only be equipped on the (armor 2.0) raid armor set. Yes, that is a stupid limitation.
