Couldn't get it to work last night
We tried this on the GoS boss last night and were unable to replicate the results. We didn't have much chance for experimentation, but that video doesn't really show much special being done.

There was some discussion on Reddit - most console teams were unable to get it to work the way the video showed. (Some teams got SOME damage - one team reported an instant health drop of about 25%, but nothing after that - but the most likely theory is that the damage (over)buff, like the one that Jotunn had early in its lifespan, is tied to framerate, and so shows up predominately on PC.)

FWIW, we were able to get to to work on PS4 with GoS final boss first try. Went from about 85% to 0 in a moment. Used an AoE pool and shadows hot and then all direct hits after that.
