Question: is this a Nightfall-only reward? (Destiny)

I absolutely love my Fatebringer, and I still run with it whenever a sub-300 light level is good enough. I have yet to find a comparable legendary HC.
I've been playing Undying Mind at various moments hoping to get it to drop, but no luck. Is it because I'm playing it on normal (selecting it in the Director)?
It drops on Normal, and (apparently) with roughly the same rate it drops on Heroic or Nightfall. This info comes from my farmer friend. ;)
