If Bungie's not going to ditch JIP, they should DEFINITELY make the changes you mentioned.

Yes please! Just get rid of the system. It really makes playing solo terrible. I was dropped in to an IB match monday night where the other team has 19k points to my teams 10k points. no reason that should ever be allowed to happen.
