Anyway, I know what you mean. When Halo 3 wasn't a top game for me, I kinda quit games for a bit. Played ODST for a few weeks, quit again. Didn't pick up games again for years other than a few one offs. Just wasn't on my radar; had other stuff to do.

Here's the weird thing: girlfriend suggested I play games again because she saw me play Halo with Furhm and a few HBO guys at her house and saw how much fun I had, so I did. Now I play video games as a substitute for a life. Joke's on her.

Anyway, keep games in the back of your mind. They are fun, and it's all right to not play them for a while and start again, and you and the kidlet can turn you pwning him into a nice family activity.
