You have until August 1, 2017 to reach Rank 7 and unlock the discounted offer to claim >your Age of Triumph Shirt. While they will not be their last occurrences, you might need to complete some of these activities to be counted in your Age of Triumph Record Book.

Why are the raids still being placed behind a dated gate?

You can get challenge rewards only from the featured raid of the week. You can play them at any time, though.

July is the last month before the Age of Triumph shirt offer expires. Why aren't all the raids featured for July? Why put that obligation there? Destiny 1 is end of life.

Barring a technical reason, which I heavily doubt, Why are the raids still being placed behind a dated gate?
