Will be tough for one person to drain his shield though. Prob still need 2 people to be safe
It's not too bad if you're willing to use heavy... (sorry Raid team). If I use the raid Rockets I can get 1/3 to 1/2 of his shields down depending on the cluster bombs.
And Wardcliff Coil will drain it 80-100%.
