Why would you do this? The whole point is that you score by collecting crests.

I believe in the original you got 1 point per kill and 1 point per crest grabbed? Maybe trying to make it the same? It changes the whole game, I agree. I feel like it's probably a wash in terms of fun.

No… You got zero points for a kill until the crest is collected.
