Activision can also cancel the contract for any reason they want after this Comet comes out (presumably in the fall). I don't think that's likely, but it's something they can do according to the contract.
You mean the contract that was leaked 4 years ago, and has been superceded at least once since then?
That portion has not effectively changed.
