I think they need to reduce the duration, or limit it to one or two shots in the Crucible. Don't touch it in story or explore. You can wipe out most of team in one super...

If that's the case though they need to also rebalance the other supers. Three is a balance against the other supers which can literally kill an ENTIRE team. Most of the time with my Way of the Gun I get 1-2 kills, which is about the same I get when using Fist of Havoc or Nova Bomb.
