On one hand - Obsidian Mind. On the other the intellect is awful low.

Does it matter on Obsidian Mind?

Uh, no. Obsidian Mind's perks are so Intellect-focused that the armor value is irrelevant.

Buy buy buy.

Edit: I got Obsidian Mind as a Nightfall drop a few weeks ago, the stats are almost identical to this one from Xur.
