Rerolled from a maxed out decent roll (Destiny)

I had previously maxed leveled this from the last Iron Banner and had the following:

Arc
Ambush
Performance Bonus
Snapshot/Send It/Skip Rounds
Last Round

Since I have the ARC LDR with Armor piercing x3 I decided to give it another go and hope for a solar/void with the roll I got. The only option I missed that I wanted was Perfect Balance.
