Did anyone take note that besides guardians, he is the only non-awoken/fallen?

I find that interesting. What are their background?

Sammy commented that he is basically Heimskr from Skyrim.

Not only does he look like him, but he's there representing a God (Osiris in his case), and people like him aren't exactly welcome there (Awoken barely opened the reef, and he's already there). Neat stuff.
