While this is a real dipshitted low for Activision(I can already hear Ghost saying "These Fallen are more powerful than ever! Scanning body signatures...they're enhanced with taurine!"), I say why not just...pour it out?

Unless Bluerunner's message is prophetic(which--no, it most certainly is), you can just put on dark, obstructive clothing, pay with cash(so you don't end up accidentally associated with them), and pour it in a safe nuclear waste recycling facility.

And...maybe get tested too just in case.
