I was able to download it from the TTK icon in the director. It gives you an option to purchase the $40 edition or the Collector's Edition.

Yes, that seems to be the only place it shows up-- not in the regular online store at all.

Does to apply to XBone as well? Because I purchased it, but due to an error it wants me to reinstall it. However it's no longer available on the XBone Store.
