Someone told me you can get Legendary masks from Rare packs. Is this true? I couldn't confirm with the person at the time because they were borderline oncomprehensible.

If so, the whole thing about there not being a rare version of the skull could be moot.

I don't actually know the answer to that. I assumed that it was possible for Legendary masks to drop, but I've never had one drop. Granted, I've only opened like four. Who knows?
