I've seen multiple posts on Reddit of people spending $20 or more and not getting it. I guess Luke was right about people throwing money at their screens.

This right here is what worries me. Absolutely no one benefits from purchaseable RNG except the dev/publisher. Best case scenario you get it first try, at which point you might as well have just bought it. Worst case, you spend a bunch of money and get nothing to show for it.
