With Xur selling Arbalest this week, I think it may be a good time to give this a shot. Goal is to get the catalyst for (or progress towards) Outbreak Perfected.

That said, I don't know if I'll be able to do this at the prescribed time or date. I might be able to do it earlier, or not at all. But, just in case, Here's the Heroic Zero Hour FTB.
