Goes to show how much I cared about Iron Banner this season. There are 2 Triumphs for IB related to Season 4. 15 packages and completing some objectives with a full armor set.

I feel like I've tried just about everything, even raising a Help Ticket with Sony (I haven't tried de-authorizing my device on my bungie.net account - I don't want to screw anything up further. If anyone has any experience de-authorizing and reauthorizing the same device with no adverse consequences I'd love to hear about it)

I haven't done this, but it seems like that would be a good thing to try. If it's already not working you're not going to mess it up any further.

I thought there were at least one iron banner one that mentioned you had to do it in season4 or maybe it was with season 4 gear on.

Per the Update, Triumphs which will lock are as follows:

Some Triumphs have seasonal requirements. While these Triumphs do not have a score associated with them, players may wish to complete them prior to November 27.

-Crucible
—Seasonal Valor Rank
—Seasonal Glory Rank

I have not personally seen any other Triumphs with seasonal limits.

I don’t think a date was ever specified before, but we knew the next DLC was coming in December, which would presumably be a new season.

I haven't been able to log into the Bungie Companion Application for a number of weeks. It has become frustrating. I have been hoping for it to be mentioned in the Weekly Update as something that is being prioritized.

I know it is not effecting that many people
However, I'm not the only one out there (didn't pull them all as it is not very simple to do on b.net forum search/software)

I'd recommend that others not log out of their accounts within the Companion Application

I'd love help or suggestions from anyone out there (besides buy a new phone (though this within my long term consideration) or download umpteen system software updates that will break everything else)

If you're doing the Luna's Howl or Not Forgotten quests, both require you to prestige your Crucible Rank. If you haven't done that by November 27, your progress will be reset.

Season 4 Ends in 19 days!!?!!? And we are just finding out about this, for the very first time, right now??????!
Honestly, for whatever reason (probably lack of clear communication) I thought I had, at least, until the Luna's Howl Bungie Reward offer expired (12/31) or through The Holiday into next year...

By my unofficial calculations:
Season 1 was 90 days (effectively only 43 days because Seasons were announced, by surprise, halfway through the first Season)
Season 2 was 154 days
Season 3 was 119 days
Season 4 will be 84 days (a short season that also coincides with a large content overhaul)

The Season (likely) with the largest amount of content and the most things to do in it (it is overwhelming), is also the shortest running Season thus far?

I've been trying to work towards Luna's Howl, Ace of Spades, and other various Triumphs since the game launch, so much so that I have forgone completing The Dreaming City's first mission.
I forced myself to finish Ace's last step just before the Reward Shirt deadline. My progress for Luna's is at a standstill/most recent backslide and now my progress is going to be reset on me?

Is there a checklist anywhere of ALL the triumphs/quests/items that will be locked out when Season 4 ends?

You can see them in Bungie's Destiny 2 app. Main page, scroll right. The only 2 that are Season 4 exclusive are "Earn 15 packages in Season 4" and "Collect the armor set, put it on, and kill 50 people and complete 5 matches, in Season 4". Note that those are not direct quotes.

Since they are going to need to hype up the next DLC drop, they are (in their own words) dusting off their Twitch studio (which they had promised to use more often), and are doing two streams this month: a Bungie Bounty and Raid-along.
They acknowledge the terrible console loading times, and next season will include an update that allegedly reduces the Orbit-to-EDZ load time from over two minutes, to over one minute. An oddly specific example, but as far as loading into the game itself, or the annoying UI load times, Bungie says "we’re continuing to investigate... when more information is available, we’ll provide updates."
Spectral blades are getting Energy and speed tweaks to make the Super more viable, but are also nerfing the attack speed. "This is not intended as a nerf", says Bungie.
The Chaos Reach Super bug will be getting fixed, rewarding you less Super the sooner you deactivate it, to prevent pop-n-stop Supers.
They're looking into adding back the D1 functionality of letting you reset raid checkpoints.
