This might also provide some insight into why we don't have CTF. A fast sprinting blinking hunter flag carrier might just be too much.
Why not just make it so the flag carrier can't double jump? ... Admittedly I think there are more balance issues to be resolved. Also, I wonder if Bungie has just decided these other game modes are more fun than CTF, or that the effort vs reward isn't worth it for CTF. <shrugs>
