I still wish you'd explain how I won't have to dodge bullets eventually, though.

It's called the Pocket Infinity and it allows you to stand in one place and simply melt your enemies. :P

Actually, the best way to avoid having to dodge bullets is to avoid getting shot at in the first place. Memorize the maps, use your radar and the control points to identify enemy locations, and generally do everything you can to ensure you are shooting at your enemy and they are not shooting at you.
