Only played "default". Evolved to playing "default" on 3rd person games (Splinter Cell comes to mind) and inverted on FPSs. Now I can only do inverted.

Using a mouse, though, "default" is the way to go. Good thing I can barely play with a keyboard, so it won't confuse me.
