Is that what they're really like? They have an excitement in their voice akin to children's television:

"Oh WOW, this is SOOOO cooooool"
"OH there's LOOT GUYS THERE'S LOOT!!!"
"This is CRAZY!!!!"
"WOOOOOOOOOOO"
"OH LOOK AT THAT, SHE HAS A CROTA MASK!"

No, they're pretty much all like that.
They have to be constantly talking, loud, and over the top to ensure that they present a personality it seems. Look at Professor Bromnigul, for example.

Sammy used to watch them a lot, so I had to put up with it making my ears bleed in the background.
It's worse when they're playing a single-story game, and instead of enjoying it, they're blabbering nonstop, cracking jokes, and screaming... And screaming... And screaming...

Speedracer likes them, so he could probably point you to more tolerable ones, if there's any...
