The gear you get (Momentum set) has 3 Light and is exclusive to the book. There's also a Shader and a racing Sparrow.

That's what I thought. The high light level gear is for everyone, once they get to SRL rank 3, correct? It'll start showing up as drops. I've been getting high 290 drops at Rank 1.
