I got exotics in two consecutive races last night. It might not be worth it to COUNT on that... but every other race is potentially missing stuff. :)

That sounds hilarious. I don't really care for PvP much but the one time I did play seriously, I found that MIDA was actually pretty good. RDM would only make it better.
