Great deal, better than Black Friday! Looks like you can get Digital OR hardcopies for all systems. Good chance to make the upgrade/transfer to the new systems!

Edit: looks like the only 29.99 ones are for Xbox One and PS4 Disc copies, and shipping isn't free. BUT if you spend 5 more dollars you get free shipping, so you would probably save money. The digitals are 40 each.
