I'm heading back to the ole hometown for the holidays and am officially done with my PS4 and XB1 till 2016 so I've run my last race of this event.

It'd be fun to see some of the best times here at DBO and hear about some of your strategies.

My strategies

• never take shortcuts
  
• side-step through any gate on a turn
  
• avoid everyone to the point that I'll hit the brakes before a turn and take 2nd for a moment just to have a clean line through
  
• use the ability to control the speed of my jumps to go as fast as possible while having smooth landings (there's that part on venus right after the shortcut where if you don't pull up a little bit, you hit the ramp and "bounce" a little bit
  
• turned off the paddles on my elite controller as I was squeezing too much
