I've missed the last few IBs. Does IB gear drop at 320 at all? Does rank matter like in SRL?

I've missed the last few IBs. Does IB gear drop at 320 at all? Does rank matter like in SRL?
i think you have to be rank 3 or 5 to get "good" drops. I got a 318 ghost last time.
Those movies REALLY make me want to get a Twilight Garrison... It is the mobility I've always wanted for a Titan... One of these days I'm going to get it.
