I saw myself! Slaying the Darkness! That's what I saw!

This intrigues me. The RECORD CHASM notation began with Maya Sundaresh and her work on a Vex derived machine that could possibly show the future. And the notation continues to the present day with the Future War Cult having recovered similar machines. Oh, and Warminds like Rasputin may have used such machines to predict / plan for the coming of the Darkness.

What's interesting is the Future War Cult insists that there will always be war... and yet we have one of their members or initiates claiming to have found a timeline where the Darkness is beaten... Pretty cool.
