What am I seeing here? (Destiny)

I've been dropping 3 of Coins on everything, but the only chest I keep getting is that tarantula chest for hunters. I really want TG.

I got an exotic chest engram on my hunter a couple of days ago; I said "I really want that Twilight Garrison" so I moved it to my titan. Yesterday, I was at the tower with nico and Lawnmower, and remembered it was there - I told them I was really hoping that's what it would decrypt to (but I was assuming it would be yet another Crest of Alpha Lupi).

I got a Twilight Garrison.

Now it's just a matter of learning how to use it. ;)
