I've never seen a sp... guardian before!
I can't wait for them to start talking about the guardian non-guardian interactions.
There's this city full of normal humans who are trying to find their footing after a terrible event and up in some tower live these "guardians". They've been bestowed special powers and even have their own favorite lannister to hang out with whenever they want.
I want to know what kind of relationship they have to the rest of the populace. Are there people that resent that they aren't guardians? Do they look to the guardians as non-human? Are they heros?
Something Bungie NAILED with Halo was the feel of being a lonely unique creature in the world you're playing in. While the demo has shown how awesome it will be to run into other Guardians at the cross-roads of your adventures, they haven't shown how these legends will be treated amongst humanity.
random bit, hoping for some machinima that shows how guardians as part of their duties occasionally travel to another universe an invisibly kill spartans through mysterious means

I'm hoping for some machinima that shows guardians traveling to Halo 4 and looting weapons off the battlefield as soon as the Spartans turn their backs.

'what's it called'
"I dunno, the spartan running around looking for it called it their sniper rifle"

I think for now intill Bungie says other wise, I think these. . .
. . . concepts will be we the best we have in figuring out how guardians look by the "regular(?)" inhabitants of the Last City (or whatever it is called.)
Also - VS Spartans I would have to give the upper edge to Spartans the longer they are on the Battlefield. If it just so happened the you could get a drop on one - some space magic MIGHT do the trick. It would be likely that our attacks would have to be out of the ordinary. An attack best left indescribable so that if they did survive - they couldn't make a defense for it.
Then again - Spartans end never die. ;)
I wouldn't want to fight one without an ace - and in a group it would be a hard fight likely to end with quick bad day.
Then again - Spartans are often killed by the Guardians. ;)

IT ALL MAKES SENSE!

I would think that the guardians would be revered in the way, and forgive the nerd crossover, that the Jedi are. i mean, an elite order of warriors imbued with space magic and covered in guns and tech. *fun fact: My spell check on Safari made me capitalize Jedi
I guess I was too subtle in my comment, glad we got there!

I am also very interested on these interactions.i am hoping that we will see a large variance of the interactions. Some writhe wide-eyed amazement or inspiration, some with bigotry or jealousy. I like to see the spectrum.
