Best guess why we don't have sparrows on the Dreadnaught... (Destiny)

Robot Chickens pointed out to me that by making the player unable to use sparrows, the Dreadnaught feels much bigger. Bungie definitely wanted us to feel like the Dreadnaught was huge.
