New bugs suddenly appearing (Destiny)

In the last week, I've noticed some new bugs which I've never seen before:

- Dead players still have health bars above their heads (and those bars show that they still have health).
- When leveling up items with motes of light, all notes will be unlocked and filled in, but the item icon still has a white outline and it still shows that it's below max xp in the little green bar, and the yellow outline doesn't appear until you burn 2-3 more motes.
- I just got my black spindle, and I was able to unlock and buy every node *except* the two optional barrels (usually the first things that unlock). After burning 3 motes of light, those were suddenly purchasable. Probably related to the second bug I listed here.
- Crucible matchmaking "breaks up those teams" because the game was 20k to 11k and then matches you with the exact same teams again.
- The ship, Birth of History, is missing textures and has a giant hole in the middle of it (oh, wait, that bug has existed since the very first Iron Banner, COME ON, BUNGIE).
- Crucible spawns seem less safe now. I frequently spawn in and then have an enemy player spawn in the exact same place I just spawned. This has happened enough times that now instead of charging forward when I spawn in, I back up.
- I've now had several games that started 4 on 4 and never added additional players to either team.

Anyone else seeing weirdness?
