I need some Gun Advice for Iron Banner (Destiny)

What perks do you use on Zhalo to make it a viable PvP gun? I've tried it, but was never impressed with the weapon for PvP.

Spec it out for max stability. If you can get the hang of hitting consistent headshots it has an extremely fast time to kill.
