Looks like you were right. There's nothing official from Bungie yet, but the patch comparison tool at guardian.gg shows the new ghosts, a postmaster item to deliver said ghosts, and a long list of unobtainable items getting set to classified.

This is why we're here; unobtanium, because this little gray rock sells for 20 million a kilo. That's the only reason. It's what pays for the whole party. It's what pays for your science.
