Elite controller users, got a question for you (Destiny)

Hey folks. Anybody with hands on experience with the elite controller for the Xbone want to pipe up here? How big is the controller in comparison to the regular issue one? How compatible would it be for somebody with tiny hands and arthritis issues on trigger pull? The stock One controller is sucking all my joy in shooting things right out of me.

The size is the same as the regular one. It's a bit heavier, but the build quality is amazing. If you are experiencing issues with your triggers then you can play with the pull strength registration. by engaging the trigger stops and playing with the trigger settings in the accessories app I would think you could make the elite controller work for your needs. you'd basically be setting it for hair triggers and about half the travel distance.

If it's primarily the size and shape of the controller that bothers you, the Elite won't help you. That said, you've got lots of leeway regarding how the controls respond.

I sat down and compared controllers to my favorite, and yeah, it's mainly the trigger travel is too far, and the thumb sticks are just a tad too small. So I'm stretching more than normal to control sticks and trigger at the same time, and it's killing my rancher arthritis. Too many broken knuckles, and my left hand particularly since I broke that thumb and it never did set right.

Remapping...

You can remap literally every control to be any function; I think you could map the triggers to the paddles or bumpers if you wish. Also it has different length thumbsticks which may help suit your grip.
