Having trouble signing into XBL :(
Edit: I'm getting an error code indicating service outage. XBL support page says everything is running fine. :/
Oh good, it's not just me! It installs games fine, though.

PSA: Hard Reset
Issue resolved with tech support. Unplug everything (counsel, power supply, wall plug). Press XBone on/off button for 10 sec. Plug everything back in and PROFIT!!!

I was very nearly no help, spent most of my time dead in a funny crevice between the first chest and the Oracles platform, and could only talk OR listen to chat (not both!) but hey, I held the right portal open during our one round Atheon kill... so that's something, right. :p
