Overload, the first option on the Storm Fist tree give 2x recharge rate + each charged hit has a chance to give back the charge. Combine that with An Insurmountable Skullfort and a bit of luck and you can string several charged melees in a row. Currently, my Crucible Striker setup is a Intellect / Discipline build because that option cuts the melee recharge time down to a fast 30 seconds... so I kinda get all three skills maxed out. :)

Forgot about that perk where you have a chance to insta-charge your melee... Not to mention you got super lucky on how many times you did! holy crap!
