They ruined so many screenshots. I even had to avoid Nightfall at one point throughout the entire week so that I wouldn't have them in the Lighthouse. If only Bungle had added a toggle to cosmetic effects...
Or they could have films like they had in their best Halo game. The flame effect wouldn't persist during slow-motion playback of films so you had to only advance the film a few frames to get rid of it.
