No word on it being widespread, so I recommend the troubleshooting thing that a couple of us have had to do recently:
Xbox One
- Close Destiny App
- Go to Settings
- Go to Power & startup
- Press Turn Xbox off
- Completely shut your console off
- Once the console is completely off, unplug the power cord from the back of the console and let sit for ~5 minutes
- Power the console on and re-launch Destiny.
- Success?
