Fun Nightfall moment... (Destiny)

Malok won't leave without saying goodbye...

Bonus clips:

The key to being a hero is knowing when to jump in...

Playing with no UI can get a bit confusing, but man is the game gorgeous without the distractions. I wish Destiny had a "Hardcore" gametype (maybe your teammates could have an Aura)...

1st clip: Eh. Darkness zone was up right before JD died, so it's all good. However, every Axion Dart in this Nightfall strike can go burn in hell.

2nd clip: Holy crap, that's funny.

3rd clip: Interestingly, I think almost every gun has an ammo indicator. Also, how the hell do you know who to shoot? My heart was racing when that KF helmet Warlock in the end rushed over to the capture point.

Word. I figured it was a deliberate troll on Bungie's end to give us a Void Nightfall with the boss that spews clusters of 1HK Darts. Well played, I say.

You have no idea who is friendly and who isn't. I was hit with an initial anxiety when groups of enemies popped up in front of me, only to see them not shoot back. It gets much easier if you follow your teammate's and listen for audio clues (such as knowing that the enemy had taken C, and targeting folks standing near it).

I did shoot plenty of teammates, though, but picked up on teammate armors and such well enough that I didn't instantly shoot them (too often) when they popped up. Switched to low HUD halfway through, though. Would be nice if you could toggle teammate's names, though. Black Ops 3 has a great workaround where enemies have red lights on their armor while friendlies have blue.

I quite like the idea of a team all wearing the same garish shader for identification. Would require a premade fireteam though.

Bungie should totally do a Hudless weekend event for Crucible. Want to identify your friends? Wear the same shader, or memorize their armor. Make it fast, Objective-based, and full of good loot for the winning team, and you've got the potential for memorable fun.
