So run your Alts first to get your Main up? (Destiny)

Three Characters:

• Run Main, use drops to infuse Alt#1
  
• Run Alt#1, use drops to infuse Alt#2
  
• Run Alt#2, use drops to infuse Main

Two Characters:

• Run Main, use drops to infuse Alt
  
• Run Alt, use drops to infuse Main

Those approaches give the best stuff to your main, but increment the Alts so they see gains as well. If you want to double raid infusions for your Main (and don't mind leaving the Alt(s) behind:

Three Characters:

• Run Alt#1, use drops to infuse Alt#2
  
• Run Alt#2, use drops to infuse Main
  
• Run Main, use drops to infuse Main

Two Characters:

• Run Alt#1, use drops to infuse Main
  
• Run Main, use drops to infuse Main
