Similar thing happened to me in Court of Oryx. Swording away at taken, turn around and see a wall of 'Get off of my lawn!" Phalanx who promptly blasted me out of the court. Almost stuck the landing on a nearby platform, but there was too much horizontal momentum.

Ya know, I've been having less trouble with them lately. Dunno if I conditioned myself with some reflex move that prevents "fall"-damage or something like it, but I definitely died more often before the Taken Spring.

If enough of those Phalanxes time it correctly, they will Super Smash Bros. your ass. FAR.

Side note--how long will it be before the Movie of the Week is a Destiny jumping montage consisted entirely of TP assisted miracles? Twilight Garrison, anyone?
