Apparently, it was worldwide. Evidence includes Reddit and the fact that I "bought" it on the Brazilian store.

Reminds me of the week the Chinese or Taiwanese store had Assassin's Creed III for free as a mistake and "everyone" changed their regions to theirs to get it.

Granted, I got the message about 5 minutes in, but I managed to play just shy of 4 hours before it kicked me out.

Too bad I have to spend those $10 within the year. Fallout isn't likely to drop below $30 anytime soon...
