Firebolt grenade deals critical damage now? (Destiny)

Doing the Nightfall last night with stabbim when I noticed something weird going on with the Firebolt grenade. Only happened to Knights, as far as I could notice, though.

(Btw, godDAMN the Golden Gun buff)
