Yeah, I imagine it's only for Record Book purchasers. I'm wondering if this was sneaked in with the April Update.Edit: I put on my hazmat suit and wandered over to Reddit. Apparently yes, this happened with the April Update, and no, it's not available unless you purchased the book for real. :-P
Can confirm. Do not have book, and thus can not see sweet lootz.
